Hope laid her second egg around 3:30 pm on Thursday, February 6, but we did not get a picture of it until the next afternoon, when the rainy weather cleared and the camera gave us a good view.
We will keep a close eye on the nest over the next couple days to see whether she lays a third egg.
Our expert eagle monitors predict that her eggs could begin to hatch as early as March 8.
