PTRC had a very successful shoreline cleanup at Chapel Point Park as part of the 31st Annual Potomac River Cleanup sponsored by our friends at the Alice Ferguson Foundation. Thanks so much to all of the volunteers who helped, including Boy Scouts from Troop 424, volunteers from Charles County Dive Rescue who picked up the bags of trash gathered along the shore and transported them by boat back to the central pickup point, a happy group from CMI General Contractors, including CEO Chuck McPherson with his wife and daughter, and many more.
