PTRC’s response to Maryland Department of Planning’s comments on the proposed County Comprehensive Plan Amendment known as Environmental Restoration and Recovery Area:

“The comments from the State Department of Planning about the Environmental Restoration and Recovery Area appear to be well considered.  The comments are a summary of concerns that also have been raised by County residents and the Board of Directors of The Port Tobacco River Conservancy.”
